About Ryan Philips
Ryan Philips is a short filmmaker, based in the south east. He's made several short films. The last two being: SPILT MILK- Writer/Director/Editor/co-producer/2nd Unit Camera- 2005- Self Funded- Screened at Raindance East and the Greenwich film festival. BLOOD & CHIPS- Writer/Director/Editor- 2006- Funded by Screen South- Screened at The Edinburgh Film Festival, The London BFI times film festival and recently screened as part of the Halloween Film Festival.
